Qingxiu Dong

I am a forth-year PhD student at School of Computer Science, Peking University, advised by Prof. Zhifang Sui. Previously, I obtained my B.S. in Mathematics at Minzu University of China in July 2021. I have also spent time at Microsoft Research Asia, Shanghai AI Lab, and Tencent as a Research Intern.

Research Interests

My primary research interests lie in the continuous improvement of large language models (LLMs). Currently, I am actively working on LLM post-training techniques, including LLM reasoning, synthetic data generation and model self-improvement.
