I am a forth-year PhD student at School of Computer Science, Peking University, advised by Prof. Zhifang Sui. Currently, I am an intern at Microsoft Research Asia, mentored by Dr. Li Dong and Dr. Furu Wei.

My primary research interests lie in the continuous improvement of large language models (LLMs). Currently, I am actively working on LLM post-training techniques, including LLM reasoning, synthetic data generation and model self-improvement.
